In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Cook the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side or until it is golden and fully cooked. After cooking, let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before cutting it into 1-inch pieces.
To the bowl with the pasta, add the romaine lettuce, halved grape tomatoes, grated Parmesan, croutons, and the chopped chicken.
In a separate medium bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and chopped parsley, and season with salt and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the pasta and toss everything together until well combined.
