Ingredients

Seeds

  • 120 g flaxseeds
  • 120 g hemp seeds
  • 120 g chia seeds
  • 120 g raw pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  • Mix all the seeds together in a sealed container. Keep the container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For smoothies, add between 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup of the mix and blend until smooth.

Notes

This recipe serves 16. It is recommended to drink smoothies containing chia seeds immediately, as they will absorb water and become thicker over time.
